What a rating is
Two numbers sit behind every star rating: the average and the number of ratings it is the average of. A store page prints both. They are read together here because an average of a few ratings and an average of many are written the same way.
MetaTrader 4 Forex Trading — Google Play

Reading the split
Read the two outer bars first, then the middle ones; the middle three say how many people were neither delighted nor unhappy.
Where two rows differ, the table shows both and the text does not weigh them. They are different pages read on the same day.
How much weight a count carries
The largest change one more rating can make to an average is 5 divided by the count: MetaTrader 4 Forex Trading: 0.00000; MetaTrader 5 — Forex, Stocks: 0.00000; MetaTrader 4: 0.00040; MetaTrader 5: 0.00023. The smaller that number, the steadier the average.
What this page leaves out
